Update for touch support
Touch = Enter / Jump + Move left and right
- Touch to the left of the player to move left
- Touch to the right of the player to move right
Swipe up = Backspace
Swipe left = Arrow right on Menu
Swipe right = Arrow left on Menu
Swipe down = Arrow down / Enter on Menu
Another update to fix leaderboard
Add resolution setting and multiplayer mode Banana Rush (WIP)
